IT IS NOT MONEY THE NHS NEEDS.
Anyone going around a hospital will see that it is DECENT employee's it needs.
Let's just take cleaning as an example, 'we need more money' blah blah blah.....
There are plenty of cleaners in the hospitals but they are not managed properly.
WHY are they allowed to get away with doing such a bad job?
If I was a nurse and saw a cleaner doing a poor job I would pull them aside (regardless of whether I was 'allowed' to or not) and embarass them into cleaning the area until it was done properly.
That is called passion for your ward.
Unfortunatly too many hospital personell can't be bothered to take the time to take more interest in their job and don't give me all this' they haven't got time' nonsense.
Anybody been there at visiting time and seen them sat down behind their desks? while the ward looks disgustingly dirty?
The NHS needs a good kick up the backside and lazy professionals need SACKING - a word that doesn't exist in the NHS. It's all too public sector for my liking.
I run a chain of shops and I would NOT accept standards that these hospital people allow. People working for me would be sacked ungracefully. It says something when the tiled floor of my shop is cleaner than the one of the ward I visited recently.
Get some proper people in there, running it properly.

Politicians all have something in common around the world. They crave attention, power and the bright lights of the media. That makes them feel powerful.
They are not totally mad. They are smug and unresponsive and more than a little bit contemptuous of the working class.

With all this going on I still expect them to win the next Election. The British voting public, are gullible and stupid with short memories. So instead of voting these parasites out, they stay away and don't vote, thats why these crooks-in-pinstripe-suits will continue to give us, the British public the finger, while pickpocketing our wallet.

True. It is disgusting...If all the countries on earth that owe us money (all but one by last count) would repay us, we could get out of the red, stop ALL taxes, and be solvent for the rest of our lives!

And why do we voters still put up with this rubbish?
"Is it in the stars, or in ourselves, that we are underlings?"
