ipod help!!!!please?

Question

ibought an ipod classic 80gb 6gen yesterday, idon't know how to delete photos i sync on my ipod,somebody know?

another question,can you delete a song on music library without deleting the music in my ipod?,please i need help!!!!
and how can i put those music ive downloaded on limewire to music library,huh,

i don't know what to do now!!!!i have no idea about that

do mean delete the photos off your ipod?
when you plug your ipod in just go to the photo tab click sync but hit go to no folder then it will remove them.

yes you can delete it off your library just make sure you change your itunes settings so that it doesn't automatically sync for you anymore. click on the advanced tab and then click preferences then click the advanced tab again and make sure you have ticked manage ipod library manually.
if you have a friend with an pod you can copy there music from there library now too.(just make sure they have that setting changed too)

to play a song you downloaded from limewire in itunes right click on the song and click the "open with" tab NOT the open tab. there is one lower down which says "open with" if you have itunes on your computer then the arrow across wil have this program as an option so just click on it and your away!

It sounds like you have your iPod set to automatically update, which is the root cause of your first two problems. To solve this, plug your iPod in and click the checkbox next to "manually manage music and videos" when the iPod summary window opens (This is assuming you're using the new iTunes 7.5, if not, I suggest you should download it from www.apple.com/itunes). Then you can click the photos tab in itunes underneath your iPod on the left hand side, find the photo and delete it. Doing this also allows you to delete a song from your music library without removing it from the iPod.

As for adding music to your library, go to the file menu and click "add file to library" (or press crtl-o on your keyboard) or "add folder to library" depending what you want to do. I can't condone limewire downloading, however, when there are so many good songs available through the itunes music store!

1.Deleting songs from your music library does NOT delete music from your ipod, only if you have your itunes as setup as automatically syncing.
2.Go into Itunes then click on your device (ipod) then click on the tab where it says photos, then u will see another box where it says sync photos from. Make sure this box is ticked, next to it you will Ipod Photo Cache, inside this folder is mainly where you will find folders containing your pictures, editing folders and pictures in here. Delete what you dont want or add what you do want. This will then automatically relay back to itunes so when you click the sync button your pics that u selected will be deleted.
3. To add music that you have may have downloaded from limewire or torrents, all you have to do is simply go to itunes click on FILE then ADD FOLDER/FILE TO LIBRARY this will now process and remember.
