If you can't learn to "fight fair" so you can work out your relationship for you baby's sake, you need to talk to a lawyer. It doesn't matter if her name isn't on the mortgage, she is your live-in partner and mother of your child, she can sue you for 1/2 of the house depending on which state you live in. And rightfully so, you BOTH now have an obligation to provide a home for that baby.

The saddest thing is having a baby with the wrong person - for the couple and for the child. Ask yourself what you can do to make it work, not what she's doing wrong. You can only change yourself, then she'll follow you.

I can't advise legally what you can do.. But i can tell you this...stop arguing and give her what she wants then you'll be surprised how eager she'll be to please you... Other than that, all I can say is be a man and take responsibility for your actions.. Take care of the baby and act like a responsible adult. You created this monster, now tame it! (or just find another girlfriend)

Free legal advice is not abundant on this site. Contact a lawyer and know that whether you are married or not, whether you get along or not, your child is your financial responsibility and you will have to pay child support.

You really need to seek the aid of a lawyer in this one dude. Another way, albeit somewhat cruel, is to pack all their stuff, put it outside or in your garage, and change your locks. But there are children involved...so...I would only do that as a last resort.

beat her to the punch and file a police report that she is going to file a false report and have the police come and evict her. This way she won't have time to react. Make sure to get a restraining order and file a petion for cutody of your child.

Wow..that's a tough one, especially if she is making false accusations. I know you came here for some help..but have you seriously looked into some professional advice?

You go to the sherriffs office and have her evicted. And in order to file assault charges she must have marks on her person.
