No. Jesus is not only the way, he is the only way. No man can come unto the Father except through him.

Did he say it?

The earliest writings about Jesus were written decades after his death, if he existed at all, by Paul. Paul did not mention that particular quote, but it would have been suspect by that point anyway. It was only decades after Paul that Mark wrote the first Gospel, later to be copied by Matthew, Luke, John, and others.

As time went on, people added more and more details to the story. This is a major symptom of an urban legend. So, it is not surprising to see it done in the Bible.

Even if, by some miracle, those specific words made it through the generations unchanged to be later "quoted" in the New Testament, they would still be false. Jesus, if he existed, was just another so-called prophet like many in his day. I wouldn't say he lied, though. He might have actually believed what he was saying, just like the other "prophets" of that time.

Yes, if you think in two dimension-all terms of broad vs narrow ways instead of the more excellent way of three ways; Which is to say think another law (golden rule of law) is the answer instead of mirrorly the problem being magnified.

No, if you perceive it's all "allegory", and "I am" = grace, which cannot lie(law) nor die(law), and the life thereof is "eternal" life, and not just temporal life + death.

Let us remember Jesus plays two parts:
- Son of man: "should repent"
- Son of God: "on high" is still awful lawful
And this Son of God is of this God on high: Law

Whereas Christ played only one part:
- Son of God: in heaven: higher than the heavens: Grace

To WIT: "that God" was in "Christ" reconciling the world.
- that God: is all light and no darkness at all
- Christ: is the end of the law, not mend of law.

It always boils down to Law or Grace (not both),
no matter how it gets allegorized in the "mystery".

Jesus: Law vs Grace: is about division and not peace.
Christ: Grace us: is about peace and not divided
God: is the author of peace, not of confusion.

Even God can't be one by division(Jesus),
But God is one by untiy(Christ).

Grace --> Mercy ---> Peace with you all. Amen.

How can a non-existent person lie?
How can someone who spoke Aramaic if they did exist use those words?
How do you know the words were not mis-quoted, or mis-translated?

On all counts, the answer must be 'No'

Yes, he is. He could do something forget himself and suffering tortures to teach us a way of non-self spiritual. If we can put down everythings belonging to us, or our favour, famous, position etc., will be same son of god as he stated.(peaceful and calm.)
