Our destination is from Conn. to California. We are going to stay at campgrounds and some truck stops as much as possible. We would like to take 2 or 3 weeks for this trip. Any suggestions?

Yes I agree everything will be HIGH. GAS is high, food is getting more expensive by the week, dont know what it will cost you for campgrounds but sure they will be up just like everything else. Now if you save and money is not a problem then take some scenic ways if at all possible. Hey and if you get to missouri call me for coffee...LOL

It should be within $ 10,000/= if you are not extravagant in spending ; and at the same time, you like to enjoy going round all the spots worth visiting and taking photographs and a few memento from each place if you think these are worth buying. You would definitely like some good food and some sight seeing other than the usual ones. When you travel around like this, you can't expect anyone else to help you.You are on your legs.....that's the maxim.
