You are too wrapped up on this one guy.
Please learn the terms open dating or casual dating.
You do not have to be own by a 'boy friend' in order to go out with him and have a good time. You are allowed to date more than one fellow at a time. Quit giving yourself away free and cheating yourself out of lots of fun.
Exclusive dating should be done with a person you are interested in marrying, WHEN you are ready to marry and after you've known him a while.
