I did 6 miles on an indoor track and my shoes don't fit right for this. In the summer, I do 8 miles at dawn and get a runners high.

About 6am I ran to the loo and back to bed, it's freezing!! However, I will be going for a brisk walk at about 1.30 of 3 miles or so.

Brag, brag, brag. All you fitness nuts do is brag. Do you know how long it has been since I did any running? Well, neither do I, it's been that long.
I'm just teasing, of course; you're probably a very nice guy, and if I was 40 years younger ... but I'm not.
