Are you braggin' or complainin'?
The normal operating position for patients is reclined with their head near the dentist's lap and chest. I'm sure this was unintentional as our work is far too involved and intricate to be concerned with impressing (or maybe not impressing) patients with our body parts.

One time I had the dentist's breast on one side of my face and her assistant's breast on the other. Nice! I'm sure it was an accident. A woman can't help having a big bust.

If it bothers you, you can always see a male dentist.
I don't think she would have really purposely tried to rub her breast on your head. She was probably just doing her job, and you so happened to be in the way, literally!
