i have dreams like taht all the time....lol. I think it may just be that you are craving it more than you are actually getting it at home, or youmay be bored and want to experience something new... not necessarily with someone new but new positions, experiment.
Basically, your sexual appetite is not being fulfilled.

It would help if you could post the entire dream from beginning to end, it depends on all the symbols and the story line, and how they interact with each other. Perhaps you were just meeting some needs that aren't being met in your relationship at this time....
