I like the idea of Rich Rodriguez going to Michigan. Michigan is a good school who has talented players. I've never been to the stadium but I hear it's " One of the Nicest ". I personally think Rich Rodriguez will bring something new to the Wolverines. I believe the new coach is an excellent coach and I believe the new school will be glad to have him.

With everything that has happened in the last few day's, I seriously doubt if WV would want Rich Rodriguez back to coach a Pee Wee League game, atleast for now, but when the smoke clears and everyone settles in, that will change.

If you are from Michigan, congradulations on your new Head Coach, I'm sure you'll be as proud of him, as all of us WV fans have been proud of him in the past. Merry Christmas

I live in WV and am a huge Michigan fan, but I did not think he would leave eventhough I am happy to have him. Last year when Bama came up he didnt talk about it then either. He is a good offensive mind and I believe his style will work in the Big 10. As long as he beats Ohio State I will be happy with him

Not shocked at all with the way i see coaches moving all over the place lying to the kids they coach by saying they are staying and committed, my **** they suold be commited in a nice room with pillowed walls and schools should take note they need to start looking at fresh new up coming assistant coaches to lead there teams instead of retreads heading back to the sidelines

A shock. I really thought he was going to Bama last year before Sabin was hired. When he stayed I figured he would be a West Virginia forever. I guess Michigan is still one of those schools you just don't say no to. Unless you are Les Miles of course. Who, coincidentally, I thought would go to Michigan. I guess trying to decide what theses coaches will do is harder than picking a top 10 was this year...!

Funny, but a lot of people said no to Michigan before Rodriguez agreed to it. Miles, Schiano, Grobe, etc. all re-upped where they were. And it appears Michigan had to shell out some greenbacks to get Rich, so it's not the glamour job that all of the Michigan fans seem to think it is.

not very surprised
he said all this weak that he didn't want to talk about the job like he wasn't gonna take it but he looked kind of suspicious so it wasn't that shocking

i would have had Les miles though but he is a true football coach that doesn't leave his team for more money

I think its great, gives Tressel something to think about. It also gives some high school coach in West Virginia the chance to coach a mid major college program

West Virginia should now be referred to as the Michigan minor league system.
