I don't think people should undress for a living but at the same time the human body is a thing of beauty. Artist have been painting nudes for a while now. My guy friend looks at nudes and I don't mind. I am secure enough about it. I think a little is healty. I guess it's how you view the body. He's not having sex with someone else so he's not going against anything. We see the body as God's beautiful creation. If you are trying to insult, well none taken, just hope there can be mutual understanding.

The truth is, there are a lot of people who just don't care about religion. If you ask, they will tell you they are Christians etc but they make no attempt at really following the core tenets because they are simply not interested.
The main reason for this is progress. Once people make money, get an education and genuinely believe they have a bright future, they are then more inclined to discard religion.
When you are living a fulfilling life with a good family and career then the chances of you ignoring your religion are greater.
People tend to look to religion if they are in trouble or if they cannot control major aspects of their lives such as safety, government and personal finance.

What's 'true' anything?
'My path is the only true path so I'm going to Heaven and everyone else is going to hell?' So many people are saying this, it's getting really really old now. The sad fact is that it's the common denominator in fundamentalism - and by that I mean fundamentalism in all religions. Fundamentalist Christians, Jews and Muslims are all spouting the same, and forgive me for saying it, but sometimes it's very easy to mistake one for the other. I mean, they all sound the same.
People are different, and different paths suit different people, and we should allow for people to be different from us. Religions should be a guide, and most of them have the sexual behaviour guide, and interestingly in the fundamentalist way of looking at sexuality (across the board, not limited ot one religion), the woman's gender makes her the secondary citizen. How many Catholic women priests do you know? Aside from Sinead O'Connor (I'm afraid she's completely loopy so she doesn't really count)?
More moderate followers believe that there should be some restraint practised in sexual behaviour, and what with the way the world is going at the moment, this is not a bad thing. Giving in to gratification is not good for the soul.

Actually 65% of the UK population are either athiest agnostic or humanist, and as for your quotes about sex ect you forget we are nothing but animals and it is in our genes to have sex with as many partners as possible in order to spread our genes, and to continue the species. it is only our conciense that stops us from doing so.
with the emergiance of scientific discovery, the presence of a god becomes less believable, as the whole idea of god is to be an answer to what we dont know. an example of this is is thousands of years ago humans had many gods, such as one for the sun, moon, thunder and basically what we did not know. but as we have become more aware of our environment, the presence of god becomes less and less.
incidently as an athiest myself, i would NEVER contemplate cheating on my wife, and you will find that many other athiests have the same moral values as many christians.
a question for you though, if christanity is all about love, why are there so many hatefull websites by CHRISTIANS aimed at us non-believers, even the US president (a very devout christian) beleives that athiests are not human and should not be treated as such, please explain

This is happening because the end times are upon us. Many people claim to be christians when they don't know Jesus as their personal Saviour and Lord; and they go out there and sin. But dont blame the people that are non-christians because they may not know that what they are doing is a sin!
so all I can say is; (if you're a christian) keep on hanging in there- stick with God and tell as many people about Jesus as possible!! God bless xxx

I am rather proud of the fact that Britain is a secular nation that is rapidly turning it's back on Xtianity. It is such a shame that the US, with it's secular constitution, created specifically to separate church and state, is falling into what Jefferson described as the most perverted system ever to shine on man - Christianity!

Americans and the British are not all Christians
and neither has this ever been the case.
I completely fail to see how or where you got such a unbelievable and outlandish concept into your head.

True Christians are not judgemental you loon!
I was raised under the Roman catholic Church and I have never met a bigger bunch of hypocrites in my life.
I have faith in God and he loves me for who i am.
I hate these faiths who judge others and slate them for not following something it says in an ancient book.
I believe if we all treat others as we wish to be treated ourselves then the world would be a much better place.
haven't you noticed in the UK we live in a lot more peace and are not blowing up our neighbours?
If all you other countries lived like us we wouldn't have to waste our hard earned taxes to stitch your countries back together over wars which were all stated because of religion!

I believe that there are true Christians all over the world.
The reason why the US and UK are falling away is because of Secularization.
An interesting case is how the Province of Québec was devoutly Catholic until basically 1966 and 1967 when a lot of changes were made.
Please research the "Quiet Revolution"
