Might doesn't makes right.
In the middle ages 99.99% of the population believed earth was flat. Truth isn't democratic, nor does it take into account the feelings of the people.

There are 2 billion christians, but it does not start with 2 billion. It started with 13. You mean during that time it was delusional but after it spread it became the non-delusional?
Numbers does not mean anything, except the fact Christians had either very good PR machine or are very Iron handed, or both.
Now, out of these 2 billions, more than 1 billions are Catholics. Are you trying to tell me, based on your logic, Catholics is the right religion while all other denomination are false?

There are 4 billion non-christians in the world, are they delusional? Plus most of those christians you mention only pay lip service to their religion. The US is the only major industrialized country in the world where the majority of people in a poll said religion was very important in their lives.
Also numbers mean nothing. 1000 years ago nearly 100% of the world believed the sun orbited the earth. The majority is often wrong.

Ask that question 2000 years ago: a few hundred Christians in the world, most people in the Roman Empire worshipping the old Roman & Greek gods. By your reasoning, the Christians were delusional.

And the Greeks believed in Zeus and could have made the same argument to skeptics in ancient Greece. The majority around you believe in Zeus so you people must be delusional. Hmm, maybe your God is like Zeus? What about all the people in the world today who believe in a God but one different from your own? Or believe in multiple deities? Are they proving your point as well?

You believe in Xanadu, and you ask this?
Numbers don't make truth.
You can't vote on the value of Pi, and expect it to bend to match the popular view, or on whether the earth is flat and expect the earth to abide with the result.
There's plenty of reasons why millions of people might believe in a god which don't depend on the god actually existing.
And given the ability of Christians to disagree about the nature of God to the point of some groups declaring other groups not really Christian at all, we're not really talking about an agreed belief, even before we note the millions on Earth who believe in distinctly different deities.
Sorry.
Yes, the numbers are worth noting.
But no, they prove little.

I would not call them delusional but I do not agree with them. Do Christians honestly believe that the 4.5 billion non-Christians are delusional?

You're assuming ALL these Christians think the very same way....that, in and of itself, is a bit delusional. Perhaps you should understand diversity exists within the Christian faith before you attack the differences between those outside this particular faith. The world is not as simple as you assume.

Urm, reality isn't open for debate.
Most of the Western world thinks that you only use 10-15% of your brain's potential, this doesn't mean it's true. Is that delusional or just misguided/misinformed?

I am not going to criticise i have good friends who are very christian however you wonder why some people hate christians. You are obviously one of the "if you don't believe in the same as me you are going to hell" people aren't you! What an arrogant, sad person you are.
