Pizza strips -- pizza that usually comes from an Italian bakery. It has no cheese, just a slightly more flavorful sauce, and is normally served cold, but you can always heat it up if you prefer. Likewise, you can customize it with any topping you want -- sorta like "make your own pizza" without the hassle of actually cooking pizzas yourself. (Though this isn't really the way it was meant to be eaten, it's a fun use :))
It's a local delicacy though so you might have trouble finding it outside of Rhode Island ;)
Other than that, just look at who is coming to your house and see what they like best! Then everyone is happy.

Well, really it's just what you like.
You could try roast chicken pizza, that's good, and roast meats are traditionally eaten at Christmas.
Try a more pungent cheese, eaten in small amounts, like Blue Cheese, Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, Goat Cheese, Limburger, Parmesan, Port du Salut, Provolone, Romano, and Roquefort. Yum!
Turkey of course, and lamb. Ham too! Ham is good, its usually eaten at Christmas and as a pizza topping so that works.
Grilled vegetables, ones that you would eat at Christmas
Finally, cranberry sauce. It's nice with brie. Really nice.
Oh! And you can decorate your pizza with red and green peppers to look like a Christmas tree or a wreath, or anything else.

Pepperoni and green peppers -- with a little "Christmas tree" on each slice! And you can get some "Christmas mix" salsa seasoning from New Mexico, and sprinkle it on the pizza to spice it a up a bit.
Serve with mulled wine, and there you go! Christmas on a pie!

Vegetarian pizza is awesome... if not, nothing can go wrong with cheese. I'm not much for the "meat lovers" pizza... it's just so much meat... bleck.
Well that's just my opinion. some people just rather not have the mushrooms.. yenno stuff like that.
