A cake made by my former roommate. It actually tasted fine, but we found out later that (as a "joke") she had given her boyfriend a BJ and spit it out into the cake mixture.

Live eel in cream sauce. Tasted terrible and slimy. It shocks you as it dies in your stomach which is kind of pleasant, but it squirmed on the way down and in my belly. I had nightmares later.

Also my friend had live calamari ramen. You get it with the chopsticks out of a separate container. Use another pair of chopsticks to squeeze out the water in it. Drop it in the ramen where it sucks up flavored broth. Poke it with the sticks again, which it grabs, and try to eat it. Sometimes they grapple your tongue and you have to chew them off around it.

Hmmm that would have to be a toss up between raw oysters and escargo....When I was younger I wanted to try them both, and my dad always told us we could try it, but we had to eat it and not spit it out...and boy it was the hardest thing to force them down my throat...ewwwwwwww....
