what is the grace period for a denied visa as from october?

my visa was denied because my partner did not give enough proof for a regular income.and also there was no sufficient proof that my relationship with him was stable.i showed a number of pictures and e mails we had together.was this insufficient?what other ways can i show this?
i want to marry him in my country. what happens if i want to come to belgium?what of the visa?can i get a visa again if i apply again?do i get to easily go there again?please do advice.

File an application for the visa again but present the required documents to show income and ability to finance the expenses of the visit to another country.
