Yes, English is my first language but I've studied Spanish and Portuguese for a while. For that reason I might end up thinking in either of these two occassionally. Pretty interesting!

I know 2 languages besides my mother tongue on very high level. I have moved from my native country to a different country which I now consider mine. So I lerned the language and I use it on the daily basis. So while it is not my native tongue it has become very much a part of me and I do think in that language oftenly. I am married to a woman that orginally is yet from another country and she speaks only her native language. I knew that one (English) before, but now English is the language that we use in our home and in my family, so English also has become my integral part and I definitely think in English often as well.

when I think is something like a little voice in my head, I can think in English or spanish with no problem, but I use more Spanish.

me and my husband
he speaks more than 4 languages
he sometimes mix up 2 languages.
english is my second language
but i think in english sometimes coz i live in the us.
and
normally i speak japanese to him and he speaks english to me at home. lol
