all you need to do is give yourself some time. with time everything will come back to you - appetite, sleep, happiness, peace of mind.

after the break up the initial days are the worse and then with each passing day, things get better and in a couple of months, things will be back to normal..... more or less....

try to spend max time wiht your friends and try and keep yourself happy. go on a vacation to some other place.... that should do real good for you. try and keep yourself occupied wiht things that make you happy and tire yourself through the day so that you sleep easily and quickly once in bed. all this should help you in this time when you are trying to get over the heart break. But the only way to come out of this is give yourself time. Time is the only healer.
take care of yourself.

This takes time.To heal a broken heart takes time.
I also when upset do not eat but some of my friends are thr opposite and eat like horses.
The best thing to do is to talk things through with trusted friends try and get lots of sleep and the things you can manage to eat try and make them healthy.
Its an old cliche but time really is a great healer and within a few weeks or months you will not only get your appetite back but hopefully a whole new zest for life to start again.
Good Luck x

Dont force yourself to eat, especially large meals and the sight of so much food might put you off. Try making small snacks for yourself throughout the day and drinking lots of sugary drinks to keep your energy levels high as you are probably burning off alot of calories through stress. a lot of it will be related to how you feel, i broke up with my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago and found my appetite just gradually came back when i started feeling a bit better about myself.

Time is the best healer of all wounds and scars. Keep yourself preoccupied in other matters.A tour outside your present locale will also help.Stop reviewing the past. What has happened is gone. Now you have no control on them. Any amount of worrying over them will not reverse the matters. They are all beyond your control now. Stop fretting over them. Remember, alcohol is not going to improve anything.Grow up and be a man.

it will take time to get over and mend a broken heart but everyone has to do it. there's no point sitting around feeling sorry for yourself, you have to let everyone see that you can pull through it. i know it hurts. you will get your appetite back once you have been able to overcome the fact of being hurt. its always going to hurt but you will get over it trust me. have some me time relax go out let your hair down, socialize with people. this will help. being around the people you love will also help. good luck.
