can a company work on past taxes (personal) taxes if they dont have my SS#, or W2's, or signature?

I gave no personal information, yet they think they are intiteled to my money ($1800.00)

Before someone can represent you they must have your authorization. IRS and state tax agencies cannot deal with a representative who does not a power of attorney or disclosure authorization from the taxpayer.
