I was at a Zydeco festival and as I surveyed the crowd I saw a couple, man & woman who were the definition of ugliness... 2 baggers.
The music began and they looked at each other with love and began to dance. Right in front of me they were transformed into a beautiful couple... their love for each other was so apparent and it transformed how they appeared.
It was a real lesson to me of the old phrase that "beauty is inside a person"
Have you ever witnessed such a transformation?

I am not bluffing, it is a true story... I watched this couple for several hours... they were oblivious to anything but their love for each other...
It wasn't about God or Jesus... or some other religious belief ... it was about their Love.

I do think it is a mystery of sorts but I also see it as a moment when the observer recognizes their limitations as a person and empathizes with another human.

Yes, I had a girl in my art class that had something wrong with her (not sure what) just her physical shape somehow but she was a real artist and her personality was uncommon (lack of being able to describe). It didn't take long before you stopped seeing her physical image and started seeing her for her inner beauty. I remember being so proud when she liked one of my projects.

Yes ! I have seen this. It happened when someone was relating a very personal and profound spiritual experience she'd had.
I swear her face transformed in front of our eyes as she spoke. I don't know if it was reflecting what she had experienced or what actually happened, but she became incredibly beautiful. There were three of us there and the other person commented on it too.
Do you think it was their love for each other or their love of music and dance that transformed those people you mentioned? I know you probably can't answer that. The whole thing is very believable to me, but the reason and the process remain a mystery.

becuase that was his true inner self...he turned down a beutiful witch(like the good witch in the wizard of oz type witch) who was just trying to sell him a rose, actually i think she had asked for a room for the night beucase it was raining..and when he declined she offered him a rose which he said no too, thus showing how horrible he truly was on the inside becuas he didnt care about anybody but himself...thus she turnd him into a beast(his true self) until he could learn to be less self centered, in other words to get somone to love him for the better person he could be on the inside...

yeah...beauty is nothing without a lovable heart. No matter how beautiful you are , it is useless if you don't know how to love. As the God command, that we should love our neighbors as we love ourselves.
love can make people beautiful from within..
Is my answers satisfied the question?

yeah. sometimes, you just can be so judgmental that you don't take a second look at a person. at times, i judge people by their physical appearance, but during the same day, my misconceptions change about them as i see that underneath what they look like outside, regardless of their physical appearance that they do have good concealed within them.
