Sakuni because he was always thinking about Lord Krishna which the Lord also had mentioned.

its just my opinion.
1) Dritrastra: he was a best father who always think for his son and its nice he doesn't compaire his son with another like today. so i think he was best in that particular thing . he was a nice prince for his country.
2) Duryodhan: he is a good brother. always think for his small brothers.and also a very good friend with out any reward.
3) sakuni; he was busy in thinking . what ever he done forgot it . think at the point of view of duryodhan. he is best person .
4) Dushasan; he a poerson who obye the order of his elder brother. so he is a nice guy.
above mention charectors have so many bad things but they have so many good things. in gujrati says that in bad work also need honesty for a group. and they have that qality.
think about that. have a nice life
