No, No, No!!! Please, for your own sake don't even try. Unless you are working for cash only, your wages are reported and you will get caught. You could probably get a couple of checks before you got caught but this is UNEMPLOYMENT FRAUD!!! You will have to repay it all and face jail time, both of which are not good.

Sure! Of course you can collect unemployment while working in another state! But it is illegal and you should think about the risks of going to jail and having a criminal record.

No, you can't. You must be unemployed in order to get unemployment benefits. The state that would be paying you unemployment can check your Social Security account and see that you're working and then you'd have to repay the unemployment that they paid you plus a big fine - and you might end up in jail for fraud.

you must report the income - some states allow you to collect partial unemployment if you are working less than full time - in Pa, so long as you are earning less than 140% of your weekly benefit and working less than 40 hrs, you can get a partial UC benefit check

It is up to you. Collect unemployment welfare in one state and don't work in the other...or...collect welfare in one work in the other and go to jail...

Either way you are on welfare and taking advantage of those around you, bringing us all down due to lazyness, especially since you recognize there is a job for you.
