in the same way as ur blood can be inserted into other ........
ur samples will be delivered in the eggs artifically and yup u can get $$$$$$$$$$ fr that bt fr that thete are only few places u can get t hem.......

Yes, you do receive some sort of pay for your sperm. Google sperm banks in your area and just call and find out what the requirements are. It's a lengthy process of health histories and you have to decide whether or not you would want your identity to be known to a future child or not.
They don't accept just anybody.

most sperm banks do background testing of it's donors. they check your criminal record, your education, your health records etc. They don't want just any yokel's sperm. Yes, you can receive money for your donation, but don't expect to make a living off of it.

Go to a clinic, get the paperwork, go through all of the screening process (medical history, physical work-up, background, etc.), and ask again. First you have to be accepted, and that is a small fraction of the applicants.
