my child missed a whole school year or just get a huge fine in the state of arkansas

Well, they wouldn't be able to just go back without records that they completed the education requierments for that grade.
In some states, you can go to jail, your child can be removed from your custody, etc. But why would you do that anyway? Homeschooling a child is one thing, but just taking them out of school completely is just not fair to them.

i dont think anyone will do anything because people dont just got to peoples doors and say why wasnt your kid at school
]try not to worry too much and just make sure you try and teach him everything he was supposed to learn that year
but make suyre he goes to school now
