wow...
that sounds like me
trying to change though...

my mother usually tell me to go to sleep when my younger bro and sis sleep...(usually around 7 or 8 pm)
she would also tell me to set my alarm clock to like 6 or 7 (depends)...

I usually don't get up at 7 and later on...but then
I'm trying to change...

these days...I would wake up at 5 or 6....
nomatter what happens...
nomatter if you're still tired or watever....
you gotta learn that when it's time to go...it's time to go
when it's time to wake up...it's time to wake up
the whole world doesn't stop...
we can't stay in bed all day....
their is a world to explore...
...sleeping is something you might need, but then...don't overdo it...
if parents were like all lazy and all these days...
then the wouldn't have jobs and so on to raise us kids/teens...
if we want a good future...
one thing we must keep in mind is to wake up when it's time to wake up...
like I said...
the world doesn't stop
each min. you waste sleeping...
each momment of happiness...joy...etc...you miss

I know how you feel...
I'm like you too
...just remember that you need to keep yourself on track...
nobody us can change, but yourself

I learned my lesson...
hopefully this will give you some tips...

merry early christmas
goodluck on the sleep and so...
bless

P.S
try going by the schedule I told you...
it might be hard, but then keep following it and soon you will get use to it

Normal sleep is 8 hours. If you are taking any medicines, you might sleep more..Over sleep is unhealthy too. Get up early morning and do jogging/excercise/sports.
Check whether you are over weight. If so, try to reduce weight. Avoid the following:-
fatty, fried foods, sugar, bakery foods, junk foods, soft drinks, non veg etc...Take more fibre foods, like raw vegitables.
make it a habit to get up early and sleep early.

Teenagers in general need more sleep than adults (the average amount adults need is 8 hours). You should not be worried about this, and you should not try to change it. Over time, you will need less and less sleep, and the problem will correct itself.

Adolescents tend to sleep more because of their rapid growth during this age, so don't worry. Your body needs the rest.
