Boursin has a cranberry cheese that's out around Christmas every year that is yummy

I like Boursin really well, and I make a spread with cream cheese, feta, sun dried tomatoes, and chopped olives. If you run into it try some Greek yogurt. If you get it plain you can flavor it with anything. I use chopped pistachios, roasted red peppers, and garlic to make a spread. I don't eat much Chevre but all of my friends eat pounds of goat cheese and they brag about their cheese knives. For the holidays I am going to take a whole brie, cover it with a pomegranate salsa and wrap it in thin pastry dough and bake. I serve all of the above with crackers. I go to the gourmet section and get the organic wheat, or cracked pepper crackers or some of the old world flat breads that are being introduced as a cheese vehicle. Happy Holidays and enjoy the cheeses!

Blue and white Costello cheese. They come in small shaped in boxes in the supermarket. They are both creamy and a delight and both are the stronger varieties like blue vein but not as strong. Otherwise for a cheese that is creamy and soft and full of flavor but not like blue vein you should try Taleggio, it's the best. If you like REALLY plain creamy soft cheeses then you should try neufchatel, it's creamier and thicker than cream cheese and not quite as mild as mascarpone. Yummmm...bon appetit!

Brie. Either imported or domestic. Also, many goat cheese are soft and creamy.

Besides cream cheese (plain or flavored), you'd probably enjoy Laughing Cow wedges and Kaukauna cheese spreads (I really like the port wine cheddar) or swiss almond spread.

You can buy cream cheese in a jar from any supermarket. It's great for dipping or used as a spread on toast or bread.
