Probably not, but it may depend on how high you go. Your property includes your land and what is underneath it (but only to a certain degree... not all the way to the center of the Earth), and also includes the airspace above your land, but only to a certain degree. This is why you can't have a commercial airline pilot arrested for 'trespassing.'

I think the flying a helicopter requires a pilot's license no matter what, but I would check with some place in your state that gives flying lessons to be sure.

Anyone can drive a car if you have a driver's licence same to the helicopter of course not you can't fly without a helicpter licence. what if something happen? what then?

naw, de helicopters dey fall outta de sky iffn you dont know how dey work and all. when dat happens, dey hurts de people under dem when dat helicopter lands on dey heads and all. you need dat special helicopter license to be safe and all.

PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. You are asking for a lot trouble from not only the local authorities but the FAA. if you want to go fly a helicopter go to your local airport. doesn't matter how high you go either
