I am only 19 and I have this strange pain in my knee. It happens randomly when my legs aren't even moving, it's so sharp I can hardly stand it, but it's so fast it just causes me to flinch and then it goes away.
But today I was driving and when it happened it lasted alot longer, I almost drove off the road and I had to pull over and basically whine and squirm until it went away.
I wear high heels pretty often so maybe that's part of it? And lately I've been wearing them pretty much every day because of work, and I'm on my feet for about 5 hours per shift.
Does anyone know what's happening in my knee joint or what it could be? Should I go see a doctor?

This flinching type pain that you have could be an indication of something called Restless Leg Syndrome. The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to ssee your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
