i've gained 20 fricken pounds since JUNE!!! just from stopping soccer because i hurt my back!!!!

now when i sit down i get 4 BIG fat rolls and i have love handles and my belly and butt jiggle when i walk!!!!

i don't know where to start to lose weight ause i've never had to before and i have really bad habits!!! i eat over 2800 calories a day and i can't work out or do storts because of my back!!!

i need help!!! would stopping eating mcdonalds and drinking soda me the first thing i should stop doing?!?!? or should i try to stop eating ice cream every night?!?! i need to take it slowly!!! HELP

the ice cream isn't that big of a deal but you need to 86 the fast food. i wouldn't eat it more than 2x a month. the ice cream isn't that big of a deal if you are eating a human sized serving. i know i certainly can't..lol

Stop the McDonald especially and the soda. Try not to eat icecream more than 3 times a month.

only eat things that have lived or grown or come from a living animal (e.g. dairy), nothing processed, dont add salt and sugar. steam or boil vegetables and potatos, don't eat things that have been made like bread, cakes etc..

just literally:
fruit
veg
meat
fish
rice
potato
eggs
cheese
milk
natural yoghurt
nuts

then cook these in the best way.. steam, boil, grill.. DON'T FRY and try and avoid using oils and butters if you can, if you have to cook with oil use olive oil as this is good for you.

don't eat junk food..

This is the purist diet you can go on and your body, skin, hair and nails will love you for it!

drink lots of water, you don't need to drink much else if you eat the above. green tea is great too and helps speed metabolism.

try and put more veg on your plate than meat but have more meat than carbs (rice, potato etc..)

snack on fruit, nuts and natural yoghurt - combine them its great! (dont use the dry roasted or salted nuts though!)

What the heck you doing eating mcdonalds, drinking soda and eating ice cream every night for anyway?

you should stop eating fast food and junk food. stop with the soda too. Since you're no longer playing soccer, you shouldn't be eating so much. Then start doing exercises that don't pressure your back. Good luck.

Try eating less calories and focusing on protein, fruits, vegetables and grains. Also drink water and juice, not soda. As far as exercise, try walking or swimming. Easier on the back.

Bodybuilders don't eat 2800 calories a day! Stop eating junk food and soda, dummy!
