ahhhhhhh,i see your problem! your living in exter and there are no females in exter,or males only you.cos exter dosent exist! only in your mind,so its a nice doctor that you need to see first,and get rid of this figment of your imagination exter out of your head,but if the nice doctor puts you in the nice hospital there will be lots of females in there too,who probably think they live in exter as well.and then you can take the nice medication an live happy ever after
