im 16 and still have fat how can i lose the remaining fat. and also i lost some of the weight by throwing up yea i know its bad but i cared about what other people thoight and being called names cuz of my weight. and how can i get abs

im 5'9 and im real consense on what i eat and throw up still its a bad habit. and i eat 3 meals a day but sometimes dont eat breakfast.

you need to get your body fat analyzed or purchase some hand calipers off the net. since you did not lose the weight in a healthy manner you probably lost a decent amount of muscle. for most males you need to get down to close to 10% body fat to see the entire abdominal wall with out flexing. great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym

You get abs from two things.
1. strong abdominal muscles
2. losing fat
You can do all the sit ups you want, and you still won't have a six pack if there's still a lot of fat covering your abs. To make your abs visible, you should do cardiovascular fat-burning exercises, like running, biking, swimming, or dancing.
