My wrists are really bothering me and I can't curl any weights. Are there other waysto target my biceps cuz I don't want to have strong triceps and weak biceps.

I suffered from this same injury a few years ago. A pain in the wrist that would travel down my forearm. Mine would bother me while doing preacher curls. So I would recommend focusing a bicep routine that involves dumbells rather than a curl bar. This is because your strong arm(typically your right arm) can lift more of the total weight percentage causing an imbalance in muscle mass. This could cause injury to shoulder muscles as well as look weird. Also, the bent-over row for your back is a great way to hit your biceps. It is a none traditional way of working them so your biceps respond by increasing strength/mass. Hope this helps, feel free to email me if you have any more questions. I enjoy answering questions in my field of research.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

There are several machines that work your biceps, not just curls. Check with a trainer at your gym, since they can also help show you exercises that you can do that won't further injure your wrists.
