I had lost the same toe nail last year :(

Depends on how you lost it. If the roots are still intact --yes. If it's "yanked" out together with the roots---high chance it will not

From what I can deduce from your question, your nail probably came off due to some footwear that causes your nails to turn blueblack, hence it drop off,,,if this is the case, yes it will grow again

Yes, no matter what a broken toe or finger nail it‘ll still grow back. It takes a longer period of time. At the time being eat more calcium, vitamins to build up a stronger toe nails. And most importantly, take good care of them.
I had the experiences, don worry! =))

Not always. I lost mine and the stitched it on at the hospital so that there would be a place for one to grow back.
