Listen this is my story. My father died in 1983 one heart attack took him. Before he died we talked about the new camper that my parents bought. I walked in to find that the beds were a singles, so this would have been the first night that they would not have sleep in the same bed. I told my father that this will be the last night that they would sleep together. I should have ate my words. The next morning the hospital in Wallaceburg called my home, I knew something was wrong. My dad died that night I was so angry at myself and went into a deep depression it was so bad I had to see the doctor. I felt everything was my fault. My mom asked me to help, so I did. I was ask to take the clothes that my father would be buried in. I took tan shirt, brown suit, brown socks, underwear and his brown shoes. Months passed I was still not copying will his death. One night my father came to me as a spirit. I am in this house. It's very large in the hallway there a mirror, I am sitting there and combing my hair. Looking in the mirror I could see someone walking down the stairs, he sat on the steps, I looked it was my father's spirit. He said he love me, I turned around to follow him. He walked through a door and told me I could not come. I saw another man with him. The gentleman was a Black man very handsome, his face was round and he had hazel eyes. He weighted about 165 about 5'9". He was dressed in a white shirt, and black pants and wearing shoes. My father he was 6'6" very tall and 165. I looked at my fathers feet and noticed his socks were all full of holes. I asked him were his shoes were. He told me he did not know. The place I saw them was in a field with long grass and boulders all over the place. I asked the what they were doing they said waiting for someone. I saw a man on a brown horse coming he was wearing old fashioned black coat and pants he was also wearing a top hat. I father said that he had to go now, he loved me and not to worry then they started walking behind the man on the horse. This dreams worried me for months and months. Finally I had to talk to my mom and told her my story. I could not believe what was told to me. She started to cry. I thought what did I do again. Mom went into the bedroom and got the brown shoes. I asked her why she had them. She told me that my father was to tall for the casket and they had to bury my father without shoes. She did not want to tell me she had to bring the shoes back.

So, SPIRITS well in my eyes are as true as any one faith.

Yes, spirits exist. But it is not true that the only way to pass in some places is to show respect for those spirits.

Are you speaking from experience? Did you ever try to pass through such a place and was never able to go through?

You youself can be a spirit in human flesh. That does not make you any different from the other spirits. So why do you have to surrender to them?

No spirit owns the place, they may inhabit a place but they do not own it. They can haunt a site, or even a person. Showing respect to such spirits that guard is fine, no different than showing respect to a cat or dog when you enter their territory.

Yes- We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies. This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. We fell here due to envying Gods position. He made the material world for those who want to try to live separately from Him (Which is impossible because He is actually everywhere). After many lifetimes of trying to be happy in this temporary world one becomes frustrated and board and begins to question their existence. We then seek out real happiness, and when one becomes sincere God reveals how to come back Home. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which begins with the chanting of the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion), which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can give up all material attachments and fully surrender to God and return to the eternal Kingdom, where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. Well, I wouldn't say they "own the place", but I do believe in God's angels and Satan's demons, and I do believe in the souls / spirits of each of us, and of the Holy Spirit. God Bless you.

Your "Spirit" is in you! AND, only "YOU"! Try and spend 10 minutes alone, and in Silence, and do not even "THINK"! Just breathe! Do this once, better twice a day! You will awaken to a whole new world! Good luck!

I have no reason to believe that spirits are real. If I see some evidence, I will reconsider my position.
