Yep- particularly people who ask questions why Jews don;t accept Jesus- and then use that as an opening to try and convert you via email. At least they are better than the ones who try to post their proselytising bullsh*t as comments on my blog. What, I want Christian missionaries posting their rubbish where I am trying to write about Torah?
Still, they are generally more polite and less insulting than the hatemail I receive from Muslim (or at least posing as Muslim) posters- generally after I post something positive about Israel in the Israel section. Seems they don't like having their propaganda dissemintation disrupted by people posting the facts.
And Judaism is a religion- how can it be defined as a race when every human phenotype is represented amongst us and people can convert?
And capremtershammerrer- you are a Christian- the whole "grafted onto the vine" is a Christian concept put together to try and get a work around to the problem Christianity has that it is clearly the Jews that are spoken about and nobody else.

You sure don't sound like you're Jewish. What is "herace"? Do you mean "harass"?
Judaism is both a religion and a people. A ger is someone for whom Judaism is obviously a religion. However, someone born into a Jewish family may not be Jewish religiously but is still a part of the Jewish people.
I can't say that I've actually been harassed, but people have made snide remarks around me.

at least once a week on this site, often more.
Fortunately I have been lucky that I personally experienced little harassment in the real world.
As for religion or culture, it is neither.
For me being Jewish is a nationality. It is a critical part of who I am. As a result I often need to conduct my self in a manner that displays a positive example of how a Jew should act in the modern world.

Judaism is neither a religion or a culture. There are too many of you worldwide to try to generalize about who and what you are.
I've been all over the world, and I've never once been harrassed for being American, despite the media trying to convince everyone that the world hates us.
Online here and elsewhere are the only places I've been harrassed for being a Christian.

Jewish is a religion and all people are harassed for their belief. "Any belief in anything of any matter is a religion" Look up religion in the dictionary and youll see

Yes I will know if you are Jewish too.
I am grafted in the vine. Do you know what that means? Is it a culture or a religion?
