No wonder ol' Chuck can get away with it all.......Every time I try to do stuff like that, God comes down and yells at me. It is so not fair.

No. An act of God would be more like the Seven Plagues of Egpyt or the destruction of evil. An Act of God is more of something that God does to fundamentally change the world.
