It means she is a total slut and she has been sleeping with more than just her hubby and her lover. She doesn't know who the father is that's what it means.

It sounds like there are more men involved aside from the husband and lover but then it could be for religious reasons also. Maybe another lover aside from those listed might be the proverbial straw and hubby may understand so far but the last ditch salvage might be important to her. Another possibility may be to hide a disease or cause of future death. Another thing I noticed, it doesn't specify that the husband knows if the baby isn't his. What a can of worms.

I hope the husband has filed for divorce! If he continues to live with her and help raise the child, he will be the legal father of the child even if he is not the biological father, which means that he is the one who will pay child support when she finally dumps him.
The alleged father can file a request to establish paternity with the court, and she will have no choice in the matter. Once she claimed he was the father, he has the right to know if it is true.
Chances are she can't remember everyone she slept with, so she is going through them 1x1.

The hubby needs to take the kid down to the doctor for the ol' DNA test that uses a cotton swab in the mouth... the both of them will need to take the test so they can do a comparison.
