Ford GT - 2 seater mid mounted engine, 550hp supercharged DOHC 5.4L V8.
Ford Shelby Mustang/ Cobra (this car name is a little confusing because of the history of CS Motors, an independent company currently based in Las Vegas, which buys or used to buy high performance Mustangs and make them even faster. Cars used to be shipped to LAX for the original CS location. This year the name is specified in some way that is a result of a licensing deal between Ford and CS.) I believe the official name is the Ford Shelby Mustang. I don't know if it has a back seat (the originals didn't). It does have a 500 hp DOHC supercharged 5.4L V8, just like the Ford GT only de-tuned.
Ford Mustang - the pony car.
Mustang GT - the optional higher performance version of the Mustang; seating for four, front engine, 300 hp SOHC 4.6L V8, 3 valves per cylinder.
Cobra - 2 seat aluminum bodied sports car originally built by AC in England, but currently produced in the former Yugoslavia (I believe) purchased by Caroll Shelby, and fitted with either a 271 hp 289 Ford V8 or a 360? hp Ford 427 V8.

The Ford GT is no longer made. It was a $150,000 super car which resembled the GT-40 race car from the 1960's. The Shelby GT has some trim modifications and a few extra horse power than a regular Mustang GT. Unless you are talking about the GT500, then it is supercharged. The regular mustang is a 6 cyl engine, the Mustang GT has 300hp and a 4.6L V-8 engine. The Cobra has had a supercharged engine and suspension and trim modifications also.

The difference lies in the trim package, they are all Ford Mustangs with different options like motor size, transmission configuration, paint schemes, and interior designs. Prices usually increase with the different packages.
