You are asking if an eternal soul only has 80 years (or maybe 80 days) to do the best it can to buy eternity in "Heaven?" He could never be good enough if he prayed every minute for 80 lifetimes! You are asking if a soul can perhaps take on a body again? It is possible, why not? He has eternity to play. There is no reason to think that he can't take on another body if need be. Jesus said (3 times) that Elijah was reincarnated as his cousin John. And John was nearly perfected. He had a mission, and he chose to come back, not for his own karma, (or sins) but to help Christ save the world from almost certain self destruction.
I am sorry you feel sad and lonely. But we all go through phases like that. Your life is to show others how to love. It's not just for you. Be a blessing to someone this Christmas season. It's a good time to do that. It's also a good way to correct yesterdays problems without actually having to go backward. Keep your energies for now. Don't waste them on regrets.
Hope that helps.

It's been thousands of years and no one has ever come up with an afterlife account that's passed all questioning.
I believe reincarnation is more likely than basing an eternity on one human lifespan.
But, atheism does have a point in that no one can prove anything about an afterlife. Going back in time has nothing to do with reincarnating after you die. What's done is done and you have an opportunity to turn the situation into something better or a learning experience (if nothing 'positive' can be salvaged).
Life is about making mistakes and learning from them. Since economic and social pressures effect each decision, I think that reincarnation would allow a person to experience different lifestyles.

You say that you are very sad and that your life is no good. I can tell that you are young by what you just said because we all go through a period similar to that in order to change and grow. What you need to do is step back and look closely at your life and try to discover exactly what it is that is making you feel bad. If it is something you have done that you now are sorry about then that is a good sign....you are feeling remorse....and remorse is the first step toward improving ourselves so that we are aware of our actions and how they effect others and ourselves. Rather than trying to go back and change things, you can change the future because you have learned from your past mistake. Ask God for forgiveness and try to do better in the future. We are all here on Earth for spiritual growth....in order to do that we needed a material world to tempt us. This is a type of school. Our goal is to gain good morals, faith, wisdom, love and charity before we die. It is a long road and you never will stop learning. When we don't learn then the same mistake will have to be repeated until we do learn. But, it is wonderful to realize what is actually happening and that it is happening for a purpose.
Now, if the reason your life is no good is because of circumstances beyond your control, then you are learning compassion since you are suffering....and this will insure that you will not cause the same type of suffering toward others as you have experienced. Are you starting to understand now? Don't get caught up in those web sites for past life generators, etc. That is only their way of trying to make money. Instead, read your bible and talk to God. Ask him to give you the gift of the Holy Spirit to guide you. With the Holy Spirit guiding you, you will then feel a hesitation before reacting or acting in a manner that wouldn't be pleasing to God and that would be harmful to you. There will be a "still, small, voice" inside your head....like a thought....that will warn you in some way not to continue. I hope I have helped you because I too once was very sad and my life was no good...I even tried to kill myself on 3 different occasions...but I learned NEVER let other people effect me to the degree where I become my own enemy and try to kill myself....same goes for you. You have to LOVE yourself and love others too. Forgive and learn from the bad experiences....even if that person you need to forgive is yourself. Just remember that it will pass and things do get better if you bring Jesus/God into your life and He will always help you no matter how bad things are. You are loved and you have something very special at the end of this life if you truly listen to what I have told you here and put it into practice. P.S. It also makes getting through this life so much easier to deal with when you have God on your side, He's knocking now so answer the door because He doesn't come where he isn't invited. Peace....

You can't go back to yesterday. Only be here now. The present life is where you are meant to do your work. Obviously there is some work to do if you want to avoid it. With reincarnation, unlike this just being the only life, you can NEVER avoid the work your soul needs. It will keep coming back until you are done.

I want you to know I am a very spiritul person that keeps to myself but I do not believe in reincarnation or that we are reunited with past loved ones in heaven.
Our souls I am not sure, maybe we are all a soul trying to be as one.

Any spirit could be reincarnated and if you do not have one, reincarnation is not your subject to follow.
If you want to go back to yesterday, you can search for the time machine and buy one. And if you have one, you could go back in yesterday but if you could not avail one, then it is time for you to move on.

There is precisely zero amount of valid scientific evidence for reincarnation; therefore I don't think it's very likely.
Stop moping and get on with your life. If you happen to be one of these people who thinks his/her life is crappy and you're only in your teens, OH GROW UP and get over it. You don't KNOW what crappy is yet.
