Im embarassed that I used to be LDS. I am very ashamed of the things I done to please the LDS church and their leaders. I had to beg God for forgiveness.

I find all of them pretty embarassing, since I don't feel the need to define the undefinable with human thoughts. Even the ones I find to be more palatable than others (Eastern religions like Buddhism, etc) are tainted with some impure man made notions.

I am a Catholic and I do not find anything what so ever embarrasing about my religion. I strongly believe that there is no such thing as something embarrasing in a religion. Maybe in the Jewish religion when they circumcize the boys in front of everyone in a ceremony???

People that claim to be Satanists and go do a bunch of stupid s**t when all they really know about it is what they've been taught by "white-lighters" Pseudo-Satanists they're called. They are posers and wimps and haven't got a clue. And they are what gives all of us a real bad name. Actual Satanism is wonderful, and respectful, and we are responsible for our own actions.
But we also encourage a healthy ego and some people indeed have healthy egos when they really shouldn't, so I guess that something real to be embarrassed about

Atheist.
For some reason, I always sense an stigma when I say it, as if I'm a bad person or something. I don't know why they couldn't make the name sound nicer.

I sometimes feel embarrassed I don't have one. Then I remember Whom it is I believed. Who needs a religion, when you can have an intimate relationship with the Creator through Christ?

Nothing embarrasing about atheism, at least to me, at any rate.

I'm proud of everything left to us in the Bible, and I feel privileged that we even have a book like this.
I don't see any reason to be embarrassed.
