Here are the guys I find attractive:
Real. Laid back. Not too cool. Not too lame and nerdy. Can be shy. Cant be too shy. Cant be "out there." Intelligent. Has common sense. Is himself. Etc.

So, overall, girls just like guys who are THEMSELVES. Even if they're retarded, shy, and really stupid (or whatever), girls like me will like them if thats them..

A lot of girls really like it. Lots of girls are big talkers, and it is almost like a challenge for them to draw you out, and make you feel more comfortable, as long as you aren't so shy that you are frozen solid. A little shyness in a guy can be very endearing. It is far more preferable to be with a shy person than being with a guy who brags constantly and is a complete macho jerk!

Im a guy, But im also kinda a ladies guy :P Anyways, from my experience the majoritey of girls like a out going guy, but you can make a shy personalitey work if your with the right person.

I find them sweet and intriguing. Louder and more outgoing guys are a little too readable, and you don't have to be around them much to know their life story. A shy guy, you can have more fun getting to know. I don't like it if they're timid, or closed off to where you can't even get a "hey" out of them, however.
