When I was a kid (late '70's, early '80s), my big brother painted his room with shooting stars, planets, balls of fire and all kinds of fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark and UV-reactive colors.
Pretty much anything you paint with fluorescent paints will look cool under a black light. Glow-in-the-dark toys and things also light up under a black light like you hit them with a photo flash.
Go to a head shop (sells tobacco pipes and other paraphernalia) or a "seasonal gift shop" - they usually have all kinds of this sort of thing.
