It is very romantic, theres no rules against it, you'll have to decide if you both would be okay celebrating the two holidays (valentines day and your anniversary) in one day! Also, make sure your guests will be able to attend, some people might want to spend the romantic day with their husbands and wives and might not be able to attend the wedding! Good luck, and congrats!!

yeah why not, I mean you can marry any days you want as long as your partner also agrees. I actually think that to wed during Valentines day is going to be really sweet and cute, so why not :D

I perform wedding ceremonies here in California(civil, non church weddings) and Valentines Day is my busiest day of the year. So, YES.

I think you should do whatever you want. It is YOUR big day. Valentine's wedding would be fun to decorate for. And--That way you won't ever forget your anniversary. Congratulations!

Sure. Lots of people do.
However, are you sure you really want to? If your anniversary is some other date, the two of you would have 2 separate dates in the year to celebrate romance.

Yeah man, you'd could take care of Anniversary/Valentines gifts all on one day. Great idea. You better not forget your anniversary because that's double the pain if you do :).

It is a great day but be prepared by reserving that date now at a location you truly want, but have at least two backup locations as well. Also please note that flowers are more expensive, red and pink linens, napkins are less available and everything in general will be harder to locate closer to that date.

Sure thats a great day to get married if that what you want, but your flowers are going to cost almost double so you need to budget for that.
