I believe I understand where you are coming from on this one. I'm guessing that you've read the passage about the one unpardonable sin, and you think you might have committed it. I don't think it indicates OCD unless you have other signs of OCD, but it is to do with not knowing whether you have done something unforgivable and obsessing about whether you have or not. I can tell you that by saying what you said, you did not commit the one unpardonable sin mentioned in the Bible. I won't go into detail about what the sin is, because then you will no doubt start obsessing about whether you have done that one as well.
If you are a Christian, and have prayed for forgiveness of your sins and accept that Jesus died for your sins, then you are forgiven. Forget about the unpardonable sin. You haven't committed it, and nor will you. Move on and be happy that you are a Christian and will go to heaven when you die.

Well, since you are Christian, then think about how it makes Jesus feel that you've said that about him. It's an insult to anyone to use the f word along with their name. It's also a commandment not to take the Lord's name in vain, so according to your faith, you shouldn't speak that way.

But it's forgivable, just don't say it again. Come up with some other creative words to use to express your anger and frustration. I myself try to use words that are oddball and get people's attention (usually humorous) without actually swearing. The resulting laughter usually dissipates the anger that I feel at the time.

I'm Christian too, and I've never said the above. It even upsets me to hear it or to read it, or even swear words in general. I think the worst word I ever say is hell, and I need to watch myself so the kids don't hear. LOL

Saying any so called "blasphemy" is OK from a mental health standpoint if it doesn't make you so guilty you are upset and anxious or if a priest or parson doesn't hear you and make things so rough for you that you are mentally affected. These latter people are the main ones who are upset by blasphemy not God; he forgives everyone for anything remember!

everyone has thier own version of religion or spirituality. like for instance some people think smoking is wrong but i dont. thats just difference in beliefs. i dont like those two words in the same sentance but what really matters is if you were fine saying it or if it made you feel bad? everyone has thier own version of thier faith and what is acceptable.
