Caffeine is a difficult one for me. I am down to one diet coke a day after years of coffee and diet cokes. I do drink some coffee, but nothing like I used to.
If you put your mind to it you can break any addiction, but it ain't easy. Do the work and you will get results.

leave your money at home... when you body's choice is either the water fountain or go thirsty, that water's going to start looking pretty good to you!
And don't forget the Tylenol for the first few days. A caffeine addiction can give you one heck of a headache for a day or two!

Check the scale and your bank account....One's going up the other down.....All soda has far to much sugar to do your body any good at all. Drop them all. Use water instead or and Green tea....no caffeine in that. The calories in soda are wasted calories the body can't access for energy.

if you are truly addicted to the caffeine it should not be that hard to switch to an unsweetened green tea, etc.
most likely you are addicted to both the sugar and caffeine. you need to get off that stuff, it's liquid death.
