I guess you are asking about when we are in a deployed location. Actually if you are somewhere without much recreation, it's kinda like what you see on old movies. A lot of playing cards (not much gambling though) and working out.
If you mean what we do for fun in general, it's just like anyone else. We all follow our own pasttimes whether it be drinking with buddies, visiting the beach or going bowling.

Mostly anything that civilians do during their off duty time. Unless if you are deployed, then it is a bit different. But stateside, the same stuff everybody else does.

I am married to a Soldier. And I can say in his off time he likes to relax. play on the computer. Drink with his friends . We have alot of bbq's. and just forget about things he has to deal with.

My husband works around the house. He does the lawn sometimes--I have to fight with him on that. I LIKE to mow the lawn!!
He cooks, he cleans, he sleeps, he goes out with his family....he does normal 'husband stuff'.
