I have been asked by another member to provide pictures of myself for this persons gratification. I am wondering how you would handle this. It is garbage from my perspectiive and I tried to keep communication light and not inflammatory. What would you do to keep your moral character in tact and also inform this person that it isn't OK to communicate this way with me? Many blessings (the user made it explicit that I would be a part of his porn collection........ my avatar is as far as it goes in terms of revelation, thank you)

Mind you, I am far from a prude but this is weird.

I understand but I answered a question by this person earlier and he is persisting. If I had my way I'd tell him a lot of things but we always have to worry about the censors and they do nothing about this sort of thing. I'm just frustrated.

If I knew this person and thought it was harmless it would be something else. I guess I am just looking for support as I am not a report fiend or anything like that.

I got a similar invite ages ago. I'd tell this guy in no uncertain terms that you feel his request was obscenely offensive and that he hugely over stepped the mark. I'd block him. If he's crude enough to make a request of that nature of some one he doesn't even know, I wouldn't hold out any hope for a decent respectful friendship with him. If he's that bold, I doubt he'll back off unless you block him.

Good luck hon.

Um, you may wish to report him. Frankly I think you should. He sounds like a throrough creep.

This must be reported to YA at once. I am sure you can take care of your self. But if it as caused concern for you, it is necessary to protect some of the younger members on this board. We know that there are many people in this category in deep suffering as well. Even if we would not wish to cause harm to this person, we have a greater duty to protect those that are not in a position to do so. I would also forward any additional e-mails to yahoo customer care.

Take care my friend.

You don't know the person behind the email address that is requesting your photos. Block the address, do not respond to mail from the address, and move on with your life.
You are very close to needing to be reported. Your "naive" approach to internet garbage was appropriate 20 years ago; your avatar indicates you're more current than that. Stripper in grandma's clothing, what are you hoping to gain here?

Uh, well I would definitely not give him any pictures of me, I would also tell him that it's not okay to communicate this way with me, then I would block him, report him, and for my avatar I would put something that's not a personal picture of me.

Many men don't have the ability to show decency to females. Myself included. However, I recognize this and apparently he does not.

I would just let this person know that they need to grow up and not only act like an adult, but to treat you with respect.

Simply block the user that is asking you to do these things after you report him to YA for inappropriate contact with you.

CUT OFF ALL COMMUNICATION!! Don't you know that you are communicating with some one who is in agreement with the devil? Do you think that God would want you to be friends or continue communication with this deceived and evil individual? Remember, corrupt communication will eventually corrupt good manners. In other words, you will either affect the world or the word will eventually influence you. Get away before the later occurs! The devil always starts with a suggestion that is contrary to what God has already said and places that thought in your mind. Remember, Eve in the garden? Well, Satan has not changed his tactics! Do not allow the evil whispers of the devil to tempt you into thinking you can handle it on your own because you can't without obeying, trusting, and agreeing with God.

If you don't want to, then don't. Say no, if they push then ignore them, block them, file a restraining order. If this someone is your boyfriend threaten to end it if he doesn't quit. And then end it when he doesn't. Don't do it if you don't want to.

Easier said then done, I know. But thats life I guess.
