I think you will receive a different answer for every person. We are more sensitive and notice things more when they pertain to us. As a Mormon, I notice the mormon bashing questions but I don't always see the Catholic bashing questions (for example). I'd say it's pretty evenly spread.
EDIT: Well then, I guess if thumbs down are an indicator, Mormons are persecuted more heavily than others.

Christianity gets a tremendous amount of criticism. Most of the time, near as I can tell, it's partially because people stick to Atheist sites when they want to find out something about it. Other than that, it's because as Jesus said that the world would hate us, and Him. Add to that Satan's troubling ways.
But if I am wrong, then I would have to say that it's Islam. They get the second most criticism as far as I can tell. The reason? Because they deserve it! And I mean that. They seem to be report trolls on top of that as well.

Well, none really.
Jews criticize Muslims, Muslims criticize Jews, Christians criticize anyone who doesn't follow "the word of God".
Hindus and Buddhists probably get off the easiest.

I would have to say that it is a close tie between the "Christians" and the "Catholics", with the "Christians" in the lead.
The reason for this personal opinion is that I have witnessed for myself that the "Christians" do not live the life they preach to others. What is that scripture? Judge not, lest ye be judged" or better yet how about the one that says "It is not for man to judge the heart of another"...
When the Religious Sect's learn to practice what they preach and discontinue condemning and criticizing another for their beliefs, then I just might think about rejoining the church. Until that til, I choose not to live the life of a hypocrite.

It depends.
The loonier ones are going to be criticized because even carnally minded people see them for the scam that they are.
But Christianity does get a pretty heavy ration because for one thing, it vexes carnally minded people, but the world also holds it to a high standard because it is the truth.

probably the Muslims, its not fair that only some of the Islamic faith that are the bad guys represent the rest of the Islamic nation. Buddists do seem to get off easy because i was a Buddist and never heard a bad word to them

I don't really know to tell you the truth but I think that Christianity is probably up there. people are persecuted all over the world every day for there faith. I think that it is persecuted because it is the truth. the devil doesn't care if a lie is flourishing... He is out to get ride of the truth. That is what i think! :]
