My husband might be named Sailor of the Quarter soon and he has asked me to contact MWR in Everett to feed the live television from Norfolk, where we are from, to Everett. Does anyone know this number? I've tried to look for it online but no good luck.

Commanding Officer
Naval Station Everett
2000 West Marine View
Everett, WA 98207-5001
Base Information: 425-304-3000 • DSN: 727-3000

Not sure when the event's to take place, but you might want to contact them FAST... so they can get things in the works.. Might want to contact their Public Affairs Office too. They might be able to help run interference if you want public coverage. They'll have the civilian media contacts. If the base has a TV studio, more than likely PAO will run that too.

Bangor's a Sub Base across Puget Sound from Everett. Likely they'll just give you the above number.

Thank your husband for his service... and congratulations.

There's an old WWII saying, "They also serve who stand and wait." That's you... so thanks for your service too.

Here's the phone numbers to help you:
Base Info: (425) 304-3000
Public Affairs: (425) 304-3202
BTW, MWR for Everett might be up in Marysville at that NEX/Navy Lodge/Commissary complex. I shopped there last year.
Pass on my personal congratulations to my shipmate at his being selected.
