Of course, that is the whole purpose of giving us a law... to let us know what acts will allow us to enter a state of blessedness.

For every law of God, there is an associated blessing.

For instance, "Thou shalt not lie." ... we obtain the fruits of honesty, which are that people trust us, we have self-respect, and we don't get confused about who and what we are.

"Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy" ... we obtain spiritual food every week, which helps us to grow, progressively, into more loving and inspired people.

etc etc etc.

There are reasons for every single commandment that the Lord has given us, the primary reason being that God wants us to obtain all the blessings of eternal life (ie spiritual enlightenment).

No silly girl. God is a parent of the universe. He is our example and our leader. Now think, if your parents rewarded you for being disobedient and acting out of order, you would be a confused child and they would not love you if they let you do that without correction!
Those God loves, He chastens and corrects. ( Proverbs 3:11, 12) - My child, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of His correction:
vs.12 - For whom the Lord loves, He corrects; even an earthly father in whom the child he loves/delights in. Read also Hebrews 12:5 and Revelations 3:19

Your acts are your own and for your own, be they Good or Bad.
God will only bless that which is for your highest good and the whole.
Commit a bad act and see what happens.
Do Good for the Love of God, not for reward.

Depends on what acts you commit? If they are sinful, then no he does not bless this. What acts are you talking about?

Gods blessings are often predicated on obedience to his commandments. If we obey, he shall bless (maybe not the way we ask for, but the way he deems best for us)

There are many promises in the bible, but I don't think there has ever been a direct relationship established between the promises listed there and delivery of those promises.

If they were actually delivered on, we wouldn't see so many "Why do bad things happen to Good people?" questions on here.
