Don't play games. If you like someone call them the next day. All these rules are simple and is a tool to try and control a relationship. why wait 3 or 4 days to call someone. If the person is digging you they will appreciate the call.

If it's just a lunch date, give it at least 2 days. If it was an absolutely kick-*** date and you obviously hit it off really well, then the 3 day bit goes out the window. If it was just mostly small talk, wait it out.

if you go to school with them or have similar friends just talk to her it is not hard just try to ignor eht etopic of datign for a few days make her think it is nothing to be worried about
